Villa Zdenka is located next to the crystal clear waters (5m from the sea) in a quiet bay on a small, idyllic peninsula that is connected to Rogoznica. In front of the villa is a rocky beach, offering guests an undisturbed sunbathing and enjoying. 

The villa is ideal for large families or groups wanting to spend a memorable and relaxing vacation. The house is fully air conditioned, and guests are enabled an Internet access.

It was built in 2004. using best materials, area size of 218 m², land area size of 350 m², which contains three parking spaces. Boat mooring, parking, barbecue and outdoor shower are available for guests to rest.
